What have I accomplished in 6 years as City Council?
As with all true successes it takes a team effort, no one does it all by
themself. These accomplishments were achieved through committees, teamwork,& collaboration. Much of which was by volunteers.

trails & active transportation:
I became a member of the Weber Active Transportation Committee and collaborated with other communities and agencies on active transportation projects, plans and initiatives throughout Weber County. I decided to form a committee for Farr West so we could create a plan for our community that would not only connect with other communities but connect within ours.
I reached out to residents in an open house to join this effort. we now have a committee made up of residents, planning commission members, public works, and me representing the city council.
While putting together the plan, we held public input sessions at several Freedom Festivals and a public hearing to adopt as an addendum to the General Plan. In November 2019 was in fact adopted by the city council. See farrwestcity.net/trails.html
This plan has & will help us in requests for grant funding of trails & active transportation projects.
